6 Done-For-You Event Guides To Help You Grow Your Ministry

Our annual event strategy is based on the philosophy that less is more when your events are strategic. Each year, we recommend you do a total of six events: one event each quarter, plus a summer camp and a missions experience.

ALL-NIGHTER (OR HALF-NIGHTER)

This fall, kick off your year with a fun all-night event (or a half-night event, if you’re an “anti-lock-in” kind of person) that connects students with each other, with your volunteers, and with your ministry. Our All-Nighter also comes with a brief Gospel presentation, if you’d like to use this event as an outreach opportunity.

THE INCREDI-BOWL BOWLING BALL

This winter, get your students together for a fun night of bowling-themed games, food, and fun — including lots of bowling mini-games, a “gutter” full of ice cream, and a thrift store themed “ball” (like, the dancing kind).

SPRING RETREAT

This spring, plan a weekend retreat (either in host homes or at a retreat center) that helps your core students go deeper in their faith. Our Spring Retreat comes with all of the tools you’ll need to plan an effective retreat, as well as a weekend’s worth of teaching and small group discussions.

NEON NIGHT

This summer, get your students together for a fun night of neon-themed games, food, and fun — including lots of game instructions, decor and food ideas, and activity suggestions.

MISSION EXPERIENCE

Start preparing your students for an effective mission experience (either locally or internationally) with our mission experience event kit. We give you all the tools you’ll need to plan it, as well as the content you’ll need to train your students in advance and debrief with them during the experience.

SUMMER CAMP

This summer, create your own summer camp experience with our summer kit event kit. We give you all the tools you’ll need to plan an effective summer camp, as well as 5 days’ worth of teaching and small group discussions.
