Prize: Two (2) potential winners will be selected, each to win a cruise. Each potential winner will receive two (2) cruise tickets and plane tickets only and is responsible for the cost of ticket(s) for any additional guest(s) they choose to bring with them on the cruise, as well as any and all travel or other expenses for them and their guest(s) to get to and/or from the cruise. 

Contest Entry: To enter this Contest, join us for SYCU’s free 2024 Live Virtual Conference on January 18th and 19th, 2024 from 2pm ET to 4pm ET (the “Virtual Conference”), accessible by Facebook Live and submit the online entry form including self-identifying whether you are entering as a youth ministry leader or as a kid’s ministry leader (only one selection may be made).

Winner Selection: Three entrants from each category (3 youth ministry leaders, and 3 kids ministry leaders) will be randomly selected during the Virtual Conference to participate in a game, in which the winner will receive the free cruise prize.

Travel Terms: The potential winner (a) is responsible for obtaining all required travel-related documents, including without limitation, passports, if needed; (b) must comply with any rules, restrictions, or policies of the travel providers; (c) must make themselves available for travel on the applicable dates specified for the Prize, and if they are unable to do so, shall notify Promoter as soon as reasonably possible to enable Promoter to select an alternative winner (time permitting); and (d) are responsible for all other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of taxes, meals, and tips. Promoter will determine itinerary and all applicable travel arrangements, including, without limitation, cruise line or airline, as applicable, in its sole discretion.
